Alex M.
Frequently Asked Question
Q: When do orders close?
A: Monday at 6 PM for that week’s pickup. You can order anytime during the week, but anything after Monday 6 PM rolls into the following week.
Q: What allergens do you avoid?
A: The kitchen is corn-free and nut-free. We work with wheat, eggs, dairy, and soy, and take care to avoid cross-contamination. It isn’t a certified allergen-free facility, so if you have allergy concerns, reach out and we can talk through it.
Q: Do you teach sourdough?
A: Yes! I teach Sourdough 101 monthly at Lemon & Lavender on Main Street in Madison. It’s beginner-friendly and hands-on, and covers feeding schedules, shaping, troubleshooting, and how sourdough actually works.
Q: What’s your favorite product?
A: My cookies! My bread is delicious too, but there’s something special about a good chewy cookie.

Featured Testimonial
"Working with Pipermache made our website finally feel like u"Lyssa Barrow provided the absolute best senior photo experience for our family. She was punctual, informative and gave us such a sense of care with a dose of humor to keep my son smiling in all of his photos. Thank you so much Lyssa for your talent in capturing my son the way I see him, perfect!"
Angela L.
Frequently Asked Question
Q: What’s the best time to take senior photos?
A: It depends on the senior and the type of shoot. Fall is the most popular for mild weather and gorgeous landscapes, and shooting early enough allows time for yearbook deadlines. Spring works well for lush, flowering scenery. Winter is great too, as long as temps aren’t too low, and summer is the toughest for hot, muggy comfort.
Q: Where do you take photos?
A: Lyssa is an on-location photographer, choosing from the many great sites the city has to offer, or coming to you. Her website has a location guide to help clients get a feel for the vibe of different spots around town.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Lyssa’s website has a photography tip page with a general guide to what to wear, and what not to.
Q: I want to start using a camera that I have, can you help me?
A: Yes! Lyssa holds private individual or small-group beginner photography workshops (with a new beginner editing workshop coming soon), 3-hour sessions held at area coffee shops and parks where she guides you through the basics and helps you get started on a fun new hobby.

Working with Accounting Solutions means proactive planning all year, not just at tax time. FUNCTIONAL HEALTH & FITNESS COACH · MADISON, AL
A Little More About Coached by Connie
Coached by Connie (Integrative Health & Fitness LLC) is Connie Garcia’s functional health and fitness coaching business, and Connie is a health coach in Madison, AL who loves working with clients facing a wide range of health issues. She started her business when the gyms shut down during COVID. She was going through one of the hardest seasons of her life, and teaching was her outlet, so she built a way to keep doing it.
Connie describes working with her like eating a sweet and sour candy. She gets to know her clients: how they think, what their habits look like, and what season of life they’re in. Digital Marketing Agency · Huntsville, AL
A Little More About Mave Marketing
Mave Marketing is a digital marketing agency in Huntsville, AL, owned by Courtney Joy Willoughby, helping small businesses across North Alabama with social media, website design, branding, and more. Courtney started Mave to empower business owners with their marketing and to show them that genuine connection and authenticity can help a business grow and reach its goals.
Working with Mave means real communication with real people. The team takes the time to understand your business (your goals, your voice, your customers) so the marketing feels like an extension of you, not something generic. It’s a true partnership, so you always feel part of your marketing, even when they’re handling it all.
- Based in: Huntsville, AL
- Specialties: Social media management & content creation; website design; branding & brand strategy; email marketing; marketing consultations & workshops; community public relations; event coordination
- Best known for: Social media marketing and goal-based campaign packages custom-built for each client
- Fun fact: Courtney has been an entrepreneur since elementary school, starting with bundles of mistletoe sold outside a local grocery store. Her first “real” business was handmade baby clothes, and her love for the marketing side of every business she ran is what led her here.
Featured Testimonial
“Courtney and her team have been wonderful to work with! Courtney helps us with our social media accounts and has done an amazing job helping us with our website too! She is our go-to for marketing our small business. When you hire Courtney, she becomes an advocate for you and your business like few others do. We so appreciate her, all she does, and highly recommend you use her for your marketing needs!”
Stephanie C.
Frequently Asked Question
Q: How often should you post on social media?
A: It’s more about quality than quantity, but Mave generally recommends posting 2–4 times a week.
Q: How long does it take to see results with marketing?
A: The first month is about getting things aligned, starting with one focus, whether that’s branding, a website, social media, or an event. By month three, everything starts flowing together, and results usually kick in around then, if not sooner. It depends on how much work needs to be done upfront.
Q: Are reels more effective than static posts?
A: Reels are generally seen by more people, but they need to be structured to hold attention to actually be effective. Depending on the content, a static post can sometimes be the better choice.
Q: Does showing my face need to be part of my marketing?
A: It depends on the business. For service-based businesses, putting a face to the name builds trust. For product-based businesses, the product itself should be the main focus.
