Rachel Eubanks is a copywriter for Huntsville Design House, a digital marketing company based in North Alabama, and the founder of Eubanks Written Solutions. She helps businesses clarify their message and communicate with confidence through strategic, well-crafted copy.
Rachel began her copywriting career in 2016 as a “nap time” business, writing for local clients while her young sons slept. As her family grew, so did her client base. Today, she works with businesses across a wide range of industries—from jewelry design to commercial construction—and with clients across the country.
A former elementary school teacher, Rachel holds a doctorate in curriculum and instruction. She brings that background into her work, using education-based strategies to help companies better connect with their customers and equip sales and marketing teams with clear, effective messaging.

Erica DeSpain is the founder and editor of All Things Madison, a community-driven platform she launched in 2020 to connect residents with local businesses, events, and organizations. A Madison native and graduate of Madison City Schools (Class of 2006), Erica earned her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Alabama (Class of 2010) before spending several years living in different states as an Army spouse.
In 2018, Erica and her husband returned to Madison to raise their three daughters and invest in the community they love. With a background in journalism, public speaking, content creation, and education, she brings both skill and heart to her work. Since its launch, All Things Madison has supported local schools, sports teams, and community initiatives, earning recognition including the Bronze Award for Alabama Small Business of the Year.
