Coached by Connie (Integrative Health & Fitness LLC) is Connie Garcia’s functional health and fitness coaching business, and Connie is a health coach in Madison, AL who loves working with clients facing a wide range of health issues. A: This isn’t taught in medical or nursing school. Emily has had to search it out and learn it on her own, it’s not that other providers are holding this information back, they simply don’t know it themselves, and often don’t have the time to go learn outside the box.
