About The Flour Elise: I am a cottage bakery located in Madison specializing in custom buttercream cakes & decorated iced sugar cookies. My buttercream is an ermine buttercream, which is much less sweet than American buttercream. However my talents don’t end there. Is there an old classic you miss, give me a shout, I maybe able to recreate that old classic for you. I’ve been baking for 30+ years growing up with a grandma who catered weddings & wedding showers. I love making those fun obscure cakes/cookies. Nothing is to weird, “risque” 😉 or odd for me!
