I have lived in Madison County for most of my life, and love this area. My husband & I have called Madison our home for 13 years. We have a 10yo son & a sweet rescue dog (Tilly). Somewhere in the midst of life's chaos, I accidentally started a gourmet marshmallow business! I D'eclair was born out of a love of nostalgic confections & a constant curiosity about flavors and science. After a year in business, we have over 35 flavors of gourmet marshmallows! We focus on using seasonal flavors, and support other local producers for as many ingredients as possible.
