My buttercream is an ermine buttercream, which is much less sweet than American buttercream. However my talents don’t end there. Is there an old classic you miss, give me a shout, I maybe able to recreate that old classic for you. I’ve been baking for 30+ years growing up with a grandma who catered weddings & wedding showers. I love making those fun obscure cakes/cookies. Nothing is to weird, “risque” 😉 or odd for me!
